Body Image Lab
If you've spent years trying to change your body but still don't feel at home in it, this course offers another path—one rooted in trust, curiosity, and embodiment rather than appearance.

You've probably been taught to see your body as something to evaluate. Too much. Too little. Too soft. Too stiff. Too old. Too different. Even when we reject unrealistic beauty standards, it's easy to stay trapped in the same game—still measuring ourselves by how we look. Body Image Lab offers another way. Instead of trying to create a more positive body image, we'll gently question why our self-worth became tied to an image in the first place. Over seven guided sessions, we'll use yoga therapy, breathwork, mindfulness, somatic practices, visualization, and reflection to move beyond appearance and reconnect with the full experience of being alive in a body. This isn't about learning to love every inch of yourself. It's about building a relationship with your body that is grounded in trust, curiosity, compassion, and your deepest values. Because your body is so much more than something to be looked at. Inside the course you'll explore • Understanding where body image comes from—and why it can feel so powerful. • Moving beyond appearance into sensation, breath, strength, play, and presence. • Working with difficult thoughts and emotions without letting them control your life. • Discovering the values that matter more than appearance. • Developing self-compassion through embodied practice. • Learning to trust your body instead of constantly trying to fix it.
