By purchasing a course or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms. --- # 1. Scope These Terms apply to all digital products sold through Real Body Yoga, including but not limited to: * Online yoga courses * Self-paced video programs * Downloadable materials (where applicable) * Membership-style digital content --- # 3. Contract Formation By completing a purchase through our course platform (Impact), you make a binding offer to purchase the selected digital product. The contract is concluded when your payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation of purchase and access to the course. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of technical errors or suspected misuse. --- # 4. Pricing and Payment All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Payment is due immediately upon purchase. Access to digital content is granted only after successful payment. --- # 5. Delivery of Digital Products All products are digital and delivered online via your personal account on the Impact platform. After successful payment: * A customer account will be created for you (if not already existing) * You will receive access to your purchased course(s) * Content is accessible via login at any time, subject to technical availability No physical products are shipped. --- # 6. Access and Usage Rights Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the purchased content. This means: * Access is for your personal use only * You may not share your login credentials * You may not distribute, copy, reproduce, or resell any course materials * You may not publicly share course content (including videos, PDFs, or downloads) All intellectual property rights remain with Real Body Yoga. --- # 7. Lifetime Access Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, courses are offered with lifetime access. “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the product offering, not the lifetime of the customer or the business owner. We reserve the right to remove or update content where necessary, for example due to technical, legal, or operational reasons, while maintaining reasonable access to equivalent content where possible. # 8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. However, this right expires early if the following conditions are met: * You explicitly agree that access to the digital content begins immediately after purchase, and * You acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access has started. By purchasing a course, you consent to immediate access to digital content and confirm that you understand the loss of the right of withdrawal under § 356 (5) BGB. --- # 9. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a voluntary 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You may explore Real Body Yoga risk-free for 7 days from the date of purchase. If you decide it is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within this period. To request a refund, simply contact us via email at: [[email protected]] Refund requests are reviewed manually and processed as soon as possible. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. This voluntary guarantee does not affect your statutory rights where applicable. --- # 10. Refund Processing Refunds are handled manually by Real Body Yoga. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed via Stripe and returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are not granted for: * Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period * Full or extensive use of course content where misuse is evident * Technical issues outside of our control (e.g. temporary platform outages), provided reasonable access is restored --- # 11. Liability We provide all course content with care and to the best of our knowledge and expertise. However, participation in yoga and movement practices involves physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically and physically fit to participate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for: * Any indirect or consequential damages * Injuries resulting from improper execution of exercises * Health issues arising from participation in our content Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health under applicable law. --- # 12. Health Disclaimer All content provided by Real Body Yoga is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have existing injuries, medical conditions, or concerns. By participating, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your own body and practice. --- # 13. Intellectual Property All content provided through Real Body Yoga, including but not limited to videos, text, images, PDFs, and course materials, is protected by copyright law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for private use only. You may not: * Copy or reproduce course content * Share your account or login details * Distribute materials publicly or commercially * Record, upload, or republish course content Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund. --- # 14. Changes to Content and Services We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content over time to maintain quality and relevance. Where possible, we aim to preserve the core value of purchased content while making reasonable improvements. --- # 15. Final Provisions If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. German law applies to all contracts, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). --- # 16.
